Alright guys! Just a message to say thanks for my 3 years at Burnside and wish you all the best for the season. Im gonna miss the craic and hope to keep in touch with everyone. You never know, maybe we'll come up against each other on the pitch next season. If we do then all I need to remember is that 9 times out of 10 Charles is gonna do a back heel and you guys will need to remember to wear 2 pairs of shinnys cos you'll need them(just kidding, but not really)

Interesting all age talk at Burnside Blairbeth church yesterday morning. The young folk were shown 4 pictures and were asked who was the odd one out. The choice they had was Barry Ferguson, Scott Brown, Ryan Giggs and Charles Neil.
Amongst the more illuminating suggestions was that:
1. Charles was the odd one out because the others are all good footballers
2. Charles was the odd one out because the others team mates expected them to pass the ball

Alright boys- I echo Darcy's comments. It was gutting to watch it though.
Anyways- if any of you wanna come along to the wedding on saturday night you'd be more than welcome. Its at the Strathaven Hotel and the evening reception starts at 8pm. There is a bus from George sq at 6.30 but theres only a few seats left on it. Will look forward to maybe seeing some of you there.
Allan.

Hard luck tonight guys but dont be too down the season aint over yet. Anyway although perhaps not the best of games tonight showed a lot of grit to fight back to a draw where in previous seasons heads would have gone down and we would have thrown the towel in. Some nice football was played and we've improved significantly over the last 4 years and deserve to be playing a higher standard soon.

I'll be giving a post-match session on how to keep a cleansheet if you're interested Allan!

Thanks for the loan of your gear for the other night mate.
